摘 要:为了改善模具材料性能,将模具钢中微量元素的含量作适当增减,其结果常引起电火花加工效率和表面质量的变化。通过实验方法研究了C、Si元素对电火花加工特性的影响,首先研究了高碳钢、中碳钢、低碳钢中C元素与电火花加工特性的关系,然后探讨了C、Si元素含量不同时电火花加工特性的变化规律。研究了模具钢中C、Si元素含量与极间状态和热传导率之间的关系,结果表明,模具钢中C、Si元素是通过影响材料的极间状态来引起电火花加工特性变化的。In mould manufacturing process, the content of trace elements in mould steel will be changed to improve the material properties. The results of the change often caused the change of EDM efficiency and machined surface quality. This paper discusses the relationship between the C, Si ele-ments and EDM characteristics by the experiment. First, C element in high-carbon steel, carbon steel, low-carbon steel relationship with EDM characteristics is discussed. Then the variation law of EDM characteristics is researched when C and Si elements difference. The relationship between the content of C, Si elements in mould steel with inter-pole state and the thermal conductivity is re- searched . The results show that the change of C, Si type and their content cause a variation in charac-teristics of the electric discharge machining of the mould steel by affecting inter-pole.
