摘 要:针对桃花江内陆核电站循环冷却用水低硬度、低碱度的水质特点,研制出一种新型阻垢剂HD-1,研究了其阻垢性能,并将其应用于循环冷却水动态模拟系统,结果表明,在投加量为5 mg/L,温度低于80℃,运行时间小于12 h,Ca2+浓度低于220 mg/L,HCO3-浓度低于600 mg/L的条件下,阻垢剂HD-1对碳酸钙的阻垢效率大于90%。动态试验中阻垢剂HD-1的污垢热阻、腐蚀速率和阻垢效率分别为0.000071 m2.K/W、0.0036 mm/a和97.69%,表明新型阻垢剂HD-1完全满足桃花江内陆核电站循环冷却水系统的水质处理要求。In view of the characteristics of circulating water in Taohuajiang Inland Nuclear Power Plant, such as low hardness and alkalinity, a new type of scale inhibitor, HD-1, was developed with its scale-inhibition performance studied. Its application to dynamic circulating cooling water system showed that, with HD-1 dosage of 5 mg/L, Ca2+ and HC03 - concentration less than 220 mg/L and 600 mg/L, respectively, after operation for less than 12 h at a temperature lower than 80 ℃, the inhibition efficiency of calcium carbonate can exceed 90%. The dynamic test demonstrates that the fouling resistance, corrosion rate and inhibition efficiency are 0. 000071 m^2·K/W, 0. 0036 mm/a and 97.69%, respectively, which testifies that HD-1 can fully meet the water-treatment requirement for the circulating cooling water system in Taohuajiang Plant.
