摘  要:采用仪器分析法和化学分析法相结合测定锂离子电池正极材料LiδNi1-x-yCoxMnyO2中元素成分,分别采用高浓度差示光度法、重量法和氧化还原滴定法测定样品中镍、钴、锰含量。通过优化实验条件,该测定方法的回收率为97.61%~101.0%,相对标准偏差不大于0.49%,具有很高准确度和精密度,适用于规模化生产中的质量分析。The determination of Ni, Co and Mn content in Li-ion battery cathode material LiδNi1-x-yCoxMnyO2 was studied by instrumental analysis method and chemical analysis method. The Ni was determined by high concentration of condifferential absorption spectrophotometry, Mn was determined by REDOX titration, and Co was determined by gravimetric method. Higher experimental precision was obtained by optimizing the experimental conditions. A recovery of 97.61% ~ 101.0% was achieved, and the relative standard deviation was below 0.49%. This method is accurate and exact, which can be applied to quality control in large-scale manufacture.
