摘　　要：目的分析2008-2011年贺州市疑似预防接种异常反应(以下简称AEFI)的监测情况,评价AEFI监测系统运行状况,以科学指导今后开展AEFI监测工作。方法对2008-2011年贺州市AEFI监测系统的资料进行总结分析。结果 2008-2011年贺州市AEFI病例共发生121例,男女比例2.18:1,病例及时报告数为113例,及时报告率93.39%,需调查病例118例,调查率100%。发生AEFI的年龄主要以<1岁为主,共82例,占67.77%。AEFI病例分类中,占前四位的分别为异常反应78例,占64.46%;一般反应19例,占15.70%;偶合症17例,占14.05%;接种事故4例,占3.31%。AEFI病例中以接种卡介苗引起的为主,共56例,占46.28%。结论贺州市AEFI监测系统正常运行,但要加强对安全注射工作的管理,加强对卡介苗接种技术规范的培训工作,同时要加强对1岁内儿童接种后AEFI监测工作。Objective To analyze the monitoring situation of the suspected adverse events following immunization （AEFI） in Hezhou during the period of 2008 2011, to evaluate the running status of AEFI surveillance system so as to provide a basis for scientifically guiding AEFI surveillance in future. Methods Epidemiological data about the suspected AEFI cases in Hezhou from 2008 to 2011 were summarized and analyzed. Results A total of 121 AEFI cases were reported in Hezhou from 2008 to 2011, the ratio of male to female was 2.18： 1. 113 cases were reported timely, with the timely reporting rate of 93.39%. 118 cases needed to be surveyed, with the investigation rate of 100.00%. Most of the patients ranged in age 〈 1 year, accounted for 67.77 % （82/121 ）. In the classification of 121 AEFI cases, 78 （64.46 % ） cases were abnormal reaction, 19 （15.70%） were common vaccine reaction, 17 （14.05%） were coincident cases, and 4 （3.31% ） were inoculation accident. Most of the AEFI cases were BC_G vaccine - associated adverse reactions, accounted for 46.28 % （56/121）. Conclusions The AEFI surveillance system in Hezhou is running normally, but it is still necessary to strengthen the management of immunization injection safety, enhance the training of technical specification of BUG vaccination, and simultaneously reinforce the surveillance on AEFI among 1 - year - old children after vaccination.
