摘 要:目的探讨临床路径在儿童喂养健康教育中的应用效果。方法采用2011年1-6月在本社区建档的400名儿童作为观察对象,配对分为实验组和对照组,对照组采用传统宣教方法,实验组采用经临床路径的健康教育方法。在调查对象6、8、12月龄时比较两组儿童喂养知识知晓率、纯母乳喂养率、体格发育情况。结果实验组的喂养知识的知晓率、纯母乳喂养率、生长发育速度优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论经临床路径的健康教育方法有利于家长对儿童喂养知识的认知和理解,在儿童喂养知识宣教工作中应用经临床路径宣教的教育方法效果优于传统宣教方法。Objective To explore the efficacy of application of clinical pathway in health education for feeding infants. Methods Four hundred community infants registered from January to June, 2011 were served as the observation objects. All infants were divided into experimental group and control group (each n= 200). Routine propaganda and education method was employed in control group, while the clinical pathway approach was applied to experimental group. The awareness rate of feeding knowledge, the rate of pure breastfeeding and physical development of the two groups were compared in the objects 6, g, and 12 months old, respectively. Results The awareness rate of feeding knowledge, pure breastfeeding rate and growth rate of experimental group were superior to those of control group (P 〈 0.05). Conclusions Application of clinical pathway in health education is conducive to parents' awareness and understanding of knowledge about feeding infants. The efficacy of application of clinical pathway in health education for feeding infants is better than that of routine propaganda and education.
