摘　　要：文章介绍了4#高炉2012年以来,在炉皮破损情况下通过休风焊补、外部打水,挖补、加装水冷柱,调整操作制度控制合理煤气流分布等一系列措施实现了安全、稳定的生产。In the article, it is introduced the safe and stable productions have been realized by taking such measures as repair welding while delay, spraying water outside, mending by replacing a damaged part, installing water cooled columns, adjusting operation system and control gas flow distribution.
