摘  要:利用独有的稀土资源特色,包钢成功开发了具有自主知识产权的含稀土高强抽油杆用钢,与常用的铬钼系钢种相比,其成本有较大幅度的降低。热处理后的钢材,屈服强度平均为996 MPa,抗拉强度平均为1 086 MPa,延伸率平均为15.5%,面缩率平均为58.3%,冲击功平均为114 J,其热处理性能达到H级抽油杆的技术要求,而且疲劳寿命达到500万次不断。制成的抽油杆产品出口到加拿大,并在国内部分大型油田下井使用,获得了国内外用户的普遍认可。The high strength steels containing rare earth used for sucker rods with independent intellectual property are successfully developed by Baotou Steel based on the unique features of the rare earth. Compared with the common chromium molybdenum steels, the costs of them are greatly decreased. For the steels after heat treatment, the average yield strength is 996 MPa, average tensile strength is 1 086 MPa, average elongation is 15.5%, average reduction of area is 58.3% and aver- age impact energy is 114 J. Its heat treatment properties could meet the technical requirements of H grade sucker rods and the fatigue life could reach 5 million times without fracture. Some sucker rods are exported to Canada and some are used for downhole in some large oilfields at home,which are approved by the users at home and abroad.
