包钢能源管理的现状分析及建议

摘　　要：文章通过对包钢能源构成和消耗现状、能源计量管理、能源统计管理、节能技改管理和能源监测管理的阐述,对公司能源管理现状和存在的问题进行了分析,提出了改进建议。In the paper, the present situations and existing problems of energy management in Baotou Steel are analyzed through elaborating the composition and consumption as well as the measurement management, statistical management and monitoring management of energy and management of energy saving and technical transformation. Moreover, the suggestions on improvement are proposed.
