摘 要:现有铁路电力机车、动车采用单相工频变压器,由于空间限制不利于减轻重量和提升功率,采用电力电子变压器可有效避免其缺点。采用单相四象限整流器串联和高频变压器的主回路结构,利用基于向量分析的方法建立网侧变流器的数学模型。提出单相电力电子变压器电源侧四象限整流器的控制方法,采用功率平衡和需求分配策略实现各个模块中间直流电压的独立控制和稳定,同时能够保证电网的单位功率因数,并且保持较好的动态响应性能。Single-phase power-frequency transformers are equipped in traditional railway electric locomotives and motor cars, and it is difficult to reduce the axle weight and increase traction power. Power electronics transformers can avoid such disadvantages. The serial singlephase 4-quandrant rectifier and high-frequency transformer were constructed in the main circuit. The mathematic model was deduced by the vector analysis method, and the control method of the power-side 4-quandrant rectifier in the single-phase power electronics transformer was presented. According to power balance and distribution, the DC-link voltages of every 4-quandrant rectifier were controlled independently and stably. Both the unity power factor and dynamic performance were guaranteed.
