摘 要:针对钢丝缠绕气瓶的应力与应力分布的优化,利用有限元分析软件ANSYS对钢丝缠绕气瓶进行建模。考虑自紧和不自紧两种情况,对气瓶受力进行对比分析,得出自紧可以使得钢丝缠绕复合气瓶的受力得到明显优化。对不同直径的钢丝所缠绕的气瓶进行计算,分别得出了能保证气瓶安全性的缠绕层数,同时对不同直径下的安全缠绕层数进行质量对比,得出用0.35 mm直径的钢丝缠绕9层以后,在20 MPa的工作压力下不仅能保证直径为342.8 mm的气瓶的安全,而且缠绕层的质量相对较轻。With respect to the stresses in steel wire wound composite cylinder and the objective of stress optimization, finite element model was established by using software ANSYS. Under the two conditions - autofrettage and non-autofrettge, the stress distribution in the cylinder was analyzed. It was shown that under autofrettage condition, the stress is obviously low. For the cylinders wound with different diameter wires, calculation was carried out and different layers of wire for the safety of cylinder were obtained. Based on the comparison of weight, it has been concluded that when being wound with 9 layers of 0.35 mm steel wire, the cylinder of 342.8 mm in diameter weighs relative light and can work in pressure of 20 MPa.
