摘　　要：目的通过研究多囊卵巢综合征(PCOS)患者治疗前后血清sICAM-1水平变化及其与代谢各指标、性激素等的相关性,探讨血清sICAM-1水平在PCOS中的作用。方法随机选取PCOS患者31例,测定体重指数、腰臀比、血清sICAM-1、性激素、血脂、空腹血糖、空腹胰岛素等,予达英-35治疗3个月经周期后,重复上述各项指标测定。结果 (1)PCOS患者血清sICAM-1水平通过达英-35治疗后明显下降(P<0.01);(2)达英-35治疗后血清卵泡刺激素(FSH)、黄体生成素(LH)、睾酮(T)及毛发评分降低(P<0.05),高密度脂蛋白(HDL)、载脂蛋白A(apoA)、载脂蛋白A1/B(apoA1/B)、催乳素(PRL)、体重指数(BMI)明显增高(P<0.01);(3)PCOS患者血清sICAM-1水平与BMI、总胆固醇(TG)、低密度脂蛋白(LDL)、载脂蛋白B(apoB)呈正相关(P<0.05),与HDL呈负相关(P<0.05)。结论 sICAM-1水平与脂代谢指标密切相关,达英-35能明显改善PCOS患者临床症状,并能降低血清sICAM-1水平。Objective To study the change of levels of slCAM-1 and its relation with metabolic indicators, sex hormones in patients with PCOS, in order to explore the role of sICAM-1 levels in PCOS. Methods Thirty-one patients with PCOS were selected randomly. Body mass index, waist-to-hip ratio, serum of slCAM- 1, sex hormones, iipids, fasting glucose, fasting insulin were detected before and after Diane-35 treatment of three cycles. Results （ 1 ） Serum sICAM-1 was significantly decreased after treatment（ P 〈 0.01 ）. （ 2 ） FSH, LH, T, hair score were signifi- cantly decreased after treatment, while HDL, apoA, apoA1/B, PRL, Body mass index were significantly increased. （3） Levels of sICAM-1 in women with PCOS were correlated positively with BMI,TG, LDL, apoB, but correlated negative- ly with HDL. Conclusion Serum sICAM-lis closely related with PCOS. Diane-35 could significantly improve the clinical symptoms of PCOS patients, and can reduce serum sICAM-1 levels.
