摘　　要：变应性鼻炎舌下特异性免疫治疗(SLIT)可能出现不良反应,提高护理水平对增加SLIT的安全性显得非常重要。该文就影响SLIT安全性的因素如治疗环境、护理人员素质、患者因素、随访制度、用药指导等进行综述,并提出相应的对策,以提高SLIT的安全性。Adverse effects may appear in sublingual immunotherapy （ SLIT ） of allergic rhinitis, so it＇ s crit- ical to improve nursing to increase the safety of this treatment. We reviewed here the factors influencing the safety of sublingual immunotherapy, including the therapeutic environment, nursing staff quality, patient factors and medica- tion guidance and so on, and outline the strategy for improving the patient management, with the aim of increasing safety of sublingual immunotherapy in clinical practice.
