摘  要:目的建立高效液相色谱法测定血康颗粒中芍药苷的含测方法。方法采用HPLC-ELSD法,用十八烷基硅烷键合硅胶为填充剂;以乙腈-0.1%磷酸溶液(14∶86)为流动相;检测波长231 nm,对样品中的芍药苷进行测定。结果通过方法学的系统考察和三批样品的含量测定,建立了制剂中芍药苷的高效液相色谱含测方法。其回归方程为Y=1 261 660.7X-578.7,r=0.999 8。结论建立的含量测定方法,具有灵敏度高、专属性强等特点,是控制本品内在质量的较理想方法。Objective To establish a method for the determination of paeoniflorin in Xuekang Granules by HPLC. Methods The content determination used HPLC - ELSD, chromatographic conditions were carried out as following : column was packed with the octadecyl silane chemically bonded silica, flowing phase was composed with acetonitrile and 0. 1% phosphoric acid(14:86) and the detection wavelength was 23l nm. Results The HPLC method for determination of paeoni- florin in this preparation was established through methodology of systematic investigation and determination of three batch sample. The regression equation was Y = 1 261 660. 7X - 578.7, r = 0.999 8. Conclusion The method was sensitive, highly specific, and a the ideal way to control the quality of the products.
