透明质酸和曲安萘德关节腔内注射治疗膝骨性关节炎的临床效果对比分析

摘　　要：目的观察和比较透明质酸和曲安奈德关节腔内注射治疗膝骨性关节炎的临床效果。方法回顾性分析重庆市梁平县人民医院2010年1月～2012年2月收治的80例膝骨性关节炎患者的临床资料,将所有患者分为观察组和对照组。观察组40例患者在常规治疗的基础上,在关节腔内注射透明质酸钠25.0 mg;对照组40例患者在常规治疗的基础上,在关节腔内注射曲安奈德25.0 mg。比较两组患者的临床疗效。结果两组患者进行1个疗程的治疗后,观察组与对照组的总有效率分别为92.5%、90.0%,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);而治疗半年后,随访结果发现,观察组与对照组的总有效率分别为80.0%、40.0%,观察组的治疗效果优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者均未见明显严重的不良反应。结论关节腔内注射透明质酸和曲安奈德治疗膝骨性关节炎的短期疗效相当,但是透明质酸的远期疗效更好,安全可靠,值得临床广泛应用。Objective To compare the clinical efficacy on intra-articular injection of Hyaluronic Acid and Triamcinolone in treating knee osteoarthritis. Methods 80 patients with knee osteoarthritis were divided into observation group and control group. 40 cases in the observation group were given intra-articular injection of 2.5 mg Hyaluronic Acid on basis of general therapy, and 40 cases in the control group were given intra-articular injection of 2.5 mg Triamci- nolone on basis of general therapy. The clinical effect was compared between the two groups. Results After a course of treatment, the total efficiency of the observation group and the control group was 92.5% and 90.0%, and the difference was not statistically significant （P 〉 0.05）; after 6 months treatment, the total efficiency was 80.0%, 40.0%, with a sta- tistically significant difference （P 〈 0.05）. No serious side effects of were found in either group. Conclusion The shortterm efficacy on intra-articular injection of Hyaluronic Acid and Triamcinolone for treatment of knee osteoarthritis is quite better, but the long-term efficacy of Hyaluronic Acidis is more reliable, and it is worthy to be widely used in clinic.
