定点牵引侧扳法治疗神经根型颈椎病86例的临床分析

摘　　要：目的观察定点牵引侧扳法和第五版推拿学教材治疗神经根型颈椎病的临床疗效，并进行对比分析。方法选取中国中医科学院广安门医院推拿科2007年10月～2011年5月符合入选标准的患者86例，随机分为试验组和对照组，每组各43例。试验组采用定点牵引侧扳法治疗，对照组按照中医学院针灸推拿专业第5版教材提供的方法操作，两组均每周治疗2次，共治疗10次。并观察治疗前、后两组日常生活改善情况等指标。结果试验组和对照组均取得显著疗效，治疗组有效率为95．3％，对照组有效率为81．4％，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）；在日常生活改善上，治疗后试验组和对照组各项评分与治疗前比较，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。试验组颈部活动评分与对照组比较，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论定点牵引侧扳法可明显改善患者的各项症状．减轻患者疼痛．疗效肯定．方法安全．值得在临床上推广。Objective To observe and compare the clinical efficacy on massage-localized traction of lateral pulling manipulation and methods in in the 5th version textbook of Chinese Massage in the treatment of cervical spondylotic radiculopathy, which were analyzed the compared. Methods 86 cases in department of Massage of Guang＇an Men Hospital of China Academy of Chinese Medical Sciences from October 2007 to May 2011 were selected and randomly divided into test group and control group, and there were 43 cases in each group. Patients in the test group were treat- ed with massage-localized traction of lateral pulling manipulations and patients in the control group were treated with the manipulations provided in the 5th version textbook of Chinese Massage in the department of acupuncture and mox- ibustion in the colleges of traditional Chinese massage. Both groups were treated two times one week and were treated ten times as a period. The clinical effect and the activities of daily life were examined. Results The total effective rate of test group was 95.4%, and 81.4% in control group, and it had meaning in statistics （P 〈 0.05）; As for the activities of daily life, both methods obtained satisfied results and had meaning in statistics （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Both methods obtained satisfied clinical therapeutic results, the innovated manipulations are better. The massagelocalized traction of lateral pulling manipulations can improve the clinical syndromes of cervical spondylotic on the type of radiculopathy and alleviate the pain.
