强化护理干预对干细胞治疗慢性胰腺炎患者的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨强化护理干预对干细胞治疗慢性胰腺炎患者的影响。方法将82例干细胞治疗的慢性胰腺炎患者随机分为对照组(41例)和干预组(41例),对照组患者采取常规护理,干预组在对照组基础上采取知识教育、心理干预等一系列强化护理干预。比较两组患者护理干预前后生活质量评分及尿N-苯甲酰-L-酪氨酰-对氢基苯甲酸(BT-PABA)、粪SudanⅢ阳性率、粪弹力蛋白酶(E1)的变化。结果两组患者护理前、后尿BT-PABA、粪SudanⅢ阳性率及粪E1均有显著性差异(P<0.05);干预组护理后尿BT-PABA、粪E1均显著高于对照组,粪SudanⅢ阳性率明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。干预组护理后生活质量较护理前明显提高(P<0.05);干预组在生理职能、躯体疼痛、活力、情感职能、社会功能、精神健康、总体健康方面明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论在对干细胞治疗慢性胰腺炎患者的护理中采取强化护理干预措施有助于提高干细胞治疗慢性胰腺炎的疗效,改善患者生活质量,利于患者康复。Objective To explore the influence of strengthening nursing intervention on chronic pancreatitis by stem cell therapy. Methods 82 patients with chronic pancreatitis by stem cell therapy were divided into control group （41 patients） and intervention group （41 patients） randomly. The control group was given routine nursing, the intervention group was given strengthening nursing intervention on the basis of routine nursing. The life quality grade and BT-PABA level, Sudan IlI positive rate and E1 level before and after nursing intervention in two groups were compared. Results There were significant difference in BT-PABA level, Sudan HI positive rate and El level before and after nursing in- tervention in two groups （P 〈 0.05）; the level of BT-PABA and E1 after nursing intervention in intervention group were higher than that in control group, the positive rate of Sudan HI was lower （P 〈 0.05）. The life quality grade after strengthening nursing intervention in intervention group was higher than that before strengthening nursing intervention （P 〈 0.05）. The results of physiological function, body pain, vitality, emotional function, social function, mental health and overall health in intervention group were significantly better than those in control group （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Applying the strengthening nursing intervention for chronic pancreatitis by stem cell therapy is helpful for improving the effect of stem cell therapy, life quality and recovery of patients with chronic pancreatitis.
