疏肝泄胆针法治疗偏头痛患者焦虑抑郁症状的临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察疏肝泄胆针法治疗偏头痛患者焦虑抑郁症状的临床疗效。方法:将60例伴有焦虑抑郁症状的偏头痛患者随机分为对照组和治疗组,每组各30例。对照组给予双氯芬酸钠缓释片口服,治疗组在口服双氯芬酸钠缓释片的基础上给予疏肝泄胆针法针刺治疗。结果:疏肝泄胆针法对偏头痛患者焦虑抑郁症状的改善程度与对照组比较有统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论:疏肝泄胆针法对于改善偏头痛患者的焦虑抑郁症状具有显著疗效。Objective：To observe the clinical efficacy on anxiety and depression of patients with migraine trea- ted with Shugan Xiedan acupuncture. Methods：60 cases of migraine associated with anxiety and depressior, were randomized into two groups of treatment group and control group, 30 patients in each group. The control group was treated with diclofenac sodium sustained- release tablets while the treatment group was treated with Shugan Xiedan acupuncture based on diclofenac sodium sustained - release tablets. Results： The degree of im- provement of anxiety and depression in treatment group had a statistically significant difference （ P 〈 0. 05 ） com- pared with that of model control group. Conclusion：Shugan Xiedan acupuncture treatment has a significant effi- cacy on anxiety and depression of patients with migraine.
