耳压配合梅花针治疗原发性痛经的临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察耳压配合梅花针叩刺治疗原发性痛经的临床疗效。方法:采取随机方法将62例原发性痛经患者分为治疗组(32例)和对照组(30例)。再将每组患者按疼痛评分标准进行评分分度后进行治疗观察。治疗组于经前7～10天采取耳压子宫、内生殖器、内分泌、神门、皮质下、肝、脾、肾等耳穴(每次选穴4～5个),配合梅花针叩刺穴位三阴交、关元、气海进行治疗;对照组则从月经第1天开始服用芬必得布洛芬缓释胶囊治疗,服至痛止。两组治疗均在3个月经周期以上,然后根据疗效评价指标及治疗前后各症状是否存在或缓解程度等进行对比。结果:通过疗效对比,治疗组患者较对照组症状明显减轻或消除,总有效率90.6%,痊愈率50%,对照组总有效率70%,痊愈率为20%,两组比较具有显著差异(P<0.05)。结论:耳压配合梅花针叩刺治疗原发性痛经切实有效,经济适用,操作简便,可以改善以往治疗上的单一性以更好地适用于临床,是绿色环保、无药物毒副作用的一种治疗原发性痛经的新方法。Objective： To study and observe the primary dysmenorrhea treated by ear acupoint and plum - blossom needle with acupuncture points. Methods： Use random method to divide 62 patients with primary dysmenorrhea into a treatment group （32 cases） each group, who were graded according before the menses, the treatment group crine, Shenmen, cortex, liver, spleen, treatment, with plum -blossom needle From the first day of menses, and control group （30 cases）. Then treat and observe the patients in to the evaluation standards of aches. During the period of 7 to 10 days used the method of ear pressure on uterus, internal genitalia, endo- kidney and other Auricular （4 to 5 points of the above each time） for tapping the acupuncture points of Sanyinjiao, Guanyuan and Qihai. the patients in control group began to take Ibuprofen Sustained - Release Capsules and stop when the pain was relieved. The treatment period in the two groups was more than three menstrual cy- cles, and then comparison would be made according to the efficacy evaluation as well as the change of the symp- toms before and after treatment. Results： Compare the efficacy of the treatment between the treatment group and the control group in the same period, the symptoms of patients in the treatment group were relieved much better than those in the control group, with the overall curative rate of 50% and 20%, respectively. There was a sig- nificant difference between the two groups（ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion：It is proved to be reliable and valid to use the method of ear pressure and plum blossom needle to treat primary dysmenorrhea. Such method is affordable, and it is easy to operate. It can improve the unicity of the previous treatment so as to better apply to the clinical experiment. In all, this method is a real new one for treating primary dysmenorrhea that is environmental - friendly without any side -effects.
