耳压配合药物治疗轻、中度血管性痴呆30例

摘　　要：目的:观察药物与耳压联合施治对轻、中度血管性痴呆的疗效。方法:治疗组和对照组各30例。治疗组采用耳穴配合药物治疗,耳穴取神门、脑、肾、心4个穴位,治疗同时口服脑复康。对照组选取脑复康口服。两组均治疗3个月。结果:治疗组总有效率达到90%,对照组总有效率为63.3%,治疗组的临床综合疗效优于对照组。结论:耳穴疗法和脑复康药物对轻、中度血管性痴呆患者均有效,耳压配合药物疗效优于单纯西药脑复康治疗。Objective： To observe the effect of medicine with ear press on vascular dementia with mild and moderate levels. Methods：There were 30 cases in the treatment group and 30 patients in the control group. Treatment group was with Auricular - plaster therapy combined with drug therapy. Select auricular points Shen- men, brain, kidneys and heart with taking oral medicine Naofukang simultaneously. Both groups were treated for three months. Results：The total effective rate was 90% in the treatment group; the total effective rate was 63.3% in the control group. Conclusion： Ear- acupoint therapy and medicine Naofukang on patients with mild and moderate vascular dementia are valid. The efficacy of ear press with medicine was superior to simple western medicine Naofukang.
