摘  要:目的:探讨姬松茸中分离纯化的低分子量多糖对ICR小鼠免疫功能的影响。方法:采用碳粒廓清实验,比较经姬松茸多糖免疫的小鼠与未经免疫小鼠的巨噬细胞吞噬功能的影响;MTT法测定姬松茸多糖体内外刺激ICR小鼠的脾淋巴细胞体外培养60h的增殖能力。结果:姬松茸多糖可以增强小鼠巨噬细胞的吞噬功能;体外能刺激小鼠脾淋巴细胞的增殖;体内诱导脾淋巴细胞增殖的能力不明显。结论:初步证实了姬松茸多糖具有良好的免疫活性,该研究结果为姬松茸多糖的进一步实验研究奠定基础,而且也可为设计理想的免疫佐剂提供了有意义的基础研究数据资料。Objective:To discover the effect of polysaccharide on the immune adjuvant response in ICR mice by low molecular weight polysaccharide isolated from the mushroom of Agaricus Blazei Murill. Methods : Use carbon particle clearance assay to test whether the Agaricus Blazei polysaccharide affected the function of phago- cytic cell;the proliferation of lymphocyte of spleen was measured by MTT assay after 60 hours in spleen lym- phocytes cultured in order to assess the effects on the immuno activity by Agaricus Blazei polysaccharide in vitro and in vivo. Results:The findings from Agaricus Blazei polysaccharide was that it could impact phagocy- tosis function in mice; tests showed that Agaricus Blazei polysaccharide had effects on cellular immunostimula- tory In vitro, and no statistical significance for the impacts on cellular immunostimulatory in vivo. Conclusion: Agaricus Blazei polysaccharide can improve immune response in mice. Therefore, using ABP -AWl as adju- vants in vaccine will be promising.
