摘 要:目的:观察苏木乙酸乙酯提取物对动脉粥样硬化模型大鼠血清MCP-1的影响。方法:随机挑选8只大鼠作为空白对照组,其余大鼠建立动脉粥样硬化模型,将其随机分为模型对照组、辛伐他汀组、苏木乙酸乙酯提取物高剂量组、中剂量组、低剂量组,每组8只,药物治疗7天后采血测定血清MCP-1的水平。结果:与模型组比较,高剂量组、中剂量组、辛伐他汀组MCP-1含量均降低,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);与辛伐他汀组比较,高剂量组、中剂量组差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:苏木乙酸乙酯提取物可降低动脉粥样硬化模型大鼠血清MCP-1的含量,可能通过抑制炎症反应对动脉粥样硬化起到一定作用。Objective: To observe the role of Sappan Lignum Ethylacetate Extracts in MCP- 1 expression of atherosclerotic rats. Methods: 8 rats were randomly selected as the blank control group. Establish the model of atherosclerotic rat, then divide them into five groups (model group, simvastatin group, high dose group, mid- dle dose group and low dose group). Each group contains eight cases. Then give a garage of 7 days with drugs and detect the MCP - 1 expression in serum. Result: MCP - 1 serum levels decreased in high dose group, middle dose group, simvastatin group compared with model group ( P 〈 0.05 ). And we found no significant differences between high dose group, middle dose group and simvastatin group ( P 〉 0.05 ). Conclusion : Sappan Lignum Ethylacetate Extracts can decrease MCP - 1 serum level in atherosclerotic rats, it may play a role in the process of atherosclerosis by inhibiting the inflammatory response.
