摘　　要：放线菌是一类极其重要的微生物资源.自1980年云南大学省微生物研究所放线菌研究组成立以来,30余年不图急功近利,始终坚持放线菌资源与利用研究,经过几代人的艰苦奋斗,使我国"放线菌资源研究"跻身世界先进行列,形成目前有15名博士参与的云南大学"放线菌资源与利用"省级创新团队.作者全面介绍了云南大学放线菌资源研究的发展历程,同时对其发展现状给予理性分析,并就其未来发展方向进行了展望,旨在为我国的放线菌资源进行深入的开发利用提供参考.Actinobacteria are one kind of very important microbial resources,which produce diverse pharmaceutical antibiotics and industrial enzymes.Since Actinobacterial lab was founded concurrently with Yunnan Institute of Microbiology,Yunnan University in 1980,it has undergone over three decades,but still has remained the same all along with the research focusing on Actinobacterial resource and utilization.It has become outstanding research group in the world with the efforts by several generations,and is now forming a provincial level innovative group with 15 young scientists,whom have owned Ph.D degree.This review will comprehensively introduce the origins and early history of Actinobacterial resource research in Yunnan University,analyse its present status,and also give prospectives for its future directions.
