摘　　要：本文以民间融资的界定为切入点,对民间融资进行必要的法制建设作了相关阐述,进而基于民间融资法制现状提出完善民间融资的立法制度。The article starts with the definition of private financing,elaborates on the necessity of legal construction of private financing,and argues that we should improve the legislative system of private financing given the status quo of legal construction of private financing.
