摘　　要：基于产业转移和承接的类型划分,该文从移出地与承接地两方面,对不同区域主体产业转移与承接的推拉力及横亘在二者之间的中间障碍因素进行了分解,并在此基础上构筑了产业转移与承接的推拉模型和动力耦合图。移出地和承接地之间不同方向的作用力及其相互作用决定了两地关键性企业及相关产业转移与承接的决策,而经济的可持续增长和区域间的协调发展则是产业转移与承接的最终目的。Based on the division of industry transferring and undertaking types, trom two aspects both removing and undertaking places, this paper decomposes the force of industry transferring and undertaking of different regional subjects. The conclusion shows that what determine the decision of critical business and related industries of the removing and undertaking places on Industry transferring ＇and undertaking are the forces in different directions and the interaction among them. The ultimate goal of Industry transferring and undertaking is the sustainable development of the economy and the harmonious development of different regions.
