摘 要:分析了电解铝残极清理生产现状,针对某生产企业提出磷铁环压脱清理机的设计任务和要求,根据选型原则确定了整机设计方案,并应用Ansys Workbench对压脱力进行仿真分析,为压脱油缸的设计提供理论依据。经生产实践,运行效果显著,满足生产要求,为中小型电解铝生产企业在节约设备投资、降低生产成本、提高生产效率、减轻工人劳动强度和环境保护等方面开辟了广阔的前景。In the light of the design tasks and requirements put forward by the enterprise, the production status of the butts cleaning was analyzed in alumi-num smelters. The whole design was determined according to the principle of selection, simulated and analyzed the force by the Ansys Workench, and provided the theoretical basis for the design of the hydraulic cylinder. After production practices, the results showed that the operation effect was signifi-cantly, requirements were met and it opened broad prospects for medium and small sized enterprises in equipment investment saving, reduction costs, im-provement efficiency, reduction labor and environmental protection etc.
