摘  要:利用微弧氧化技术在ZA43合金表面原位生成了陶瓷层,通过SEM、XRD和摩擦磨损试验机分析了不同电流密度处理膜层的表面形貌、相组成以及磨损试验后的摩擦学行为和磨痕形貌。结果表明,陶瓷层主要由α-Al2O3和γ-Al2O3相组成;在干摩擦条件下,陶瓷层摩擦系数随电流密度的增加逐渐增大,表明陶瓷层耐磨性随电流密度的增加而降低;电流密度一定时,摩擦系数随载荷的提升而增大。磨损机制以磨粒磨损为主。Situ ceramic coatings were fabricated on ZA43 alloy by micro-arc oxidation. The surface morphology, phase composition,tribological behavior and abrasive morphology of micro - arc oxidation ceramic coatings formed in different current density were investigated by electron microscopy( SEM), X - ray diffraction(XRD) and friction and wear tests respectively. The tested results indicate that the ceramic coatings are made up of a mixture of α -alumina and T - alumina, under a dry sliding wear condition, the friction coefficient of wear scar increases with current density which indicates that the wearing re-sistance of ceramic coating decreases with current density. Friction coefficient increases with load under a constant current density. The main erosion mech- anisms were nroved to be mainly grain wear.
