摘 要:生产实践表明,中性造纸提高了纤维的强度,减少了对设备的腐蚀和废水的排放,推进了造纸清洁生产的发展,并且碳酸钙的大量使用降低了生产成本。为了解决中碱性施胶存在的问题,烷基烯酮二聚体(AKD)的快速乳化技术和烯基琥珀酸酐(ASA)的乳液稳定技术得到快速发展;但是,AKD和ASA分子本身结构的缺陷使其应用性能终究很难达到理想。因此,带有阳离子基团能够自吸附并且反应基团可控的造纸施胶剂成为研究的方向之一;此外,由于石油资源的匮乏,使用绿色可再生物质作为原料来合成造纸施胶剂也成为当今研究的方向之一。该文介绍和综述了中碱性造纸替代松香胶酸性造纸的发展过程,并展望了造纸施胶剂今后的研究方向。Application of neutral sizing process enhanced the fiber strength, reduced the corrosion effect and discharge of wastewater, promoted development of clean paper production. And wide use of calcium carbonate decreased production cost. In order to solve problems existed in neutral and alkaline sizing, the fast emulsification technology of AKD and the stabilization technology of ASA emulsion were gained high-speed development. But the defects of AKD and ASA molecular structure themselves made their application hard to reach to ideal state. Thus, the preparation of self-adsorption sizing agent with cationic group and controllable reactive group became one of the research directions. In addition, with lack of petroleum resources, the synthesis of paper sizing agent with green renewable material became one of current research areas. In this paper, the development process of substitution of acidic rosin papermaking by neutral and alkaline papermaking was introduced and reviewed, and future research directions of paper sizing agents were predicted.
