摘 要:研究了碎浆浓度、碎浆时间、碎浆温度及生物酶用量等4个因素对生物酶用于10号美废脱墨效果的影响。结果表明:所选4个因素对脱墨效果的影响都较大。得出的最佳工艺条件为:碎浆浓度10%、碎浆时间20 min、碎浆温度50℃和生物酶用量为0.02%质量分数(下同),此时碎浆白度为52.0%,浮选白度为62.5%,碎浆后Eric值为586,浮选后Eric值为166,油墨去除率为78.0%;与常规化学法脱墨相比,用生物酶脱墨可以提高浮选后纸浆的白度和油墨去除率;同时,碎浆废水、浮选废水、浮渣废水及总废水的COD分别降低了54.0%、29.8%、80.0%和39.2%。The influences of pulping time, pulping consistency, pulping temperature and biological enzyme aosage on American waste paper 10^# deinking efficiency deinked by biological deinking enzyme were researched in this paper. The results showed that four factors selected all had large effects on deinking result. The optimum technological conditions were obtained, as follows:pulping concentration 10%, pulping time 20 min, pulping temperature 50 ℃, biological enzyme dosage 0.02% (mass fraction), under which the pulping brightness was 52.0%IS0, flotation pulp brightness was 62.5%ISO, pulping Eric number was 586, flotation Eric number was 166 and ink removal rate reached to 78.0%. Compared with conventional chemical deinking, biological deinking enzyme could improve brightness and ink removal rate of flotation pulp, and reduce the CODs of pulping effluent, flotation effluent, scum effluent and total effluent by 54.0%, 29.8%, 80.0% and 39.2%, respectively.
