克龄蒙在未育者人工流产后的应用价值

摘　　要：目的探讨未曾生育者人工流产术后口服克龄蒙促进子宫内膜修复预防宫腔粘连的可行性。方法选择2011年7月—2012年3月在我院行人工流产的未育者278例,分为观察组(口服克龄蒙组143例)和对照组(未服药组135例)。术后2周、1、2个月经周期后复查,观察两组术后阴道流血、B超监测子宫内膜厚度、月经复潮时间、月经量等。结果观察组术后阴道流血量及时间、闭经发生率明显低于对照组,术后子宫内膜修复程度优于对照组,两组比较有统计学差异(P﹤0.05)。结论未育者人流术后应用克龄蒙可有效促进子宫内膜修复,有效恢复月经周期并预防宫腔粘连。Objective To demonstrate the feasibility of repairing endometria and preventing intrauterine adhesion by oral Climen after induced abortion in nulliparous women. Methods A total of 278 nulliparous women taking induced abortion in the hospital from July 2011 to March 2012 were divided into trial group （n = 143 ） and control group（ n = 135 ）. The trial group was administered oral Climen. Two weeks later and one and two cycle （s） of menstruation after induced abortion, they underwent reexamination for postoperative vaginal bleeding volume, endometrial thickness （via B ultrasound） , menstrual return time and menstrual volume. Results The trial group reached statistically better outcomes in the above aspects （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion That nulliparous women take Climen after induced abortion has good clinical effects on repairing endometria, resuming menstrual cycle and preventing intrauterine adhesions.
