摘 要:目的探讨斑点追踪成像技术(STI)评价尿毒症患者左心室功能的意义。方法对49例尿毒症患者测量其常规超声心动指标,并用STI技术检测左室基底部及心尖段的扭转角度及解旋角度,另取40名健康志愿者进行对照。结果尿毒症患者E/A值、基底部与心尖部心肌节段扭转及解旋角度较对照组均降低(P均<0.05),左室内径、室壁厚度较对照组增加(P均<0.05),左室射血分数(LVEF)的变化无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论尿毒症患者心肌节段扭转及解旋角度减低,二维STI技术可定量评价尿毒症患者左室心肌功能的变化。Objective To assess the clinical value of speckle tracking imaging (STI) in detecting the left ventricular function of the patients with uremia. Methods Forty-nine uremia patients were examined for common echocardiography, and STI was also used to measure the peak apical and isochronous basal rotation angle and twist angle. Another 40 healthy volunteers were enrolled as con- trols. Results Uremic patients' E/A value, base of apical myocardial segments rotating angle and untwist angle were lower than that of the controls ( P 〈 0.05 ) , left ventrieular wall' s thickness and inside diameter were larger in the patients than in the controls ( P 〈 0.05 ), and the change in left ventrieular ejection fraction (LVEF) was not statistically significant ( P 〉 0.05 ). Conclusion The uremic patients' myocardial segments rotation and twist angle reduced. STI technology can be applied to the detection of quantitative changes in left ventrieular function in uremia patients.
