摘　　要：建立了在同一色谱条件下测定混剂中吡蚜酮和噻嗪酮含量的方法。采用250mm4．60mm（i．d．）Inertsil ODS-3C18柱分离，以甲醇一水（体积比为87：13）为流动相，在245nm紫外检测波长下，经保留时间定性确证，峰面积外标法进行定量分析。结果表明：吡蚜酮与噻嗪酮的线性相关系数分别为0．9994和0．9998；变异系数分别为0．59％和0．52％；平均加标回收率分别为99．23％和99．14％。A LC method for the determination of pymetrozin and buprofezin WP was developed. The LC conditions were Inertsil ODS-3 Cls column, methanol-water （87：13 by vol） as mobile phage, and detection wave length at 245nm. The results demonstrated that the correlation coeffi- cients of pymetrozinand and buprofezin were 0.999 4 and 0.999 8. The variation coefficients were 0.59% and 0.52%. The average recoveries were 99.23% and 99.14%. The method is simple, rapid, accurate and suitable for analysis of this kind of multiplex confeeted preparation.
