摘 要:建立了在同一色谱条件下测定混剂中吡蚜酮和噻嗪酮含量的方法。采用250mm4.60mm(i.d.)Inertsil ODS-3C18柱分离,以甲醇一水(体积比为87:13)为流动相,在245nm紫外检测波长下,经保留时间定性确证,峰面积外标法进行定量分析。结果表明:吡蚜酮与噻嗪酮的线性相关系数分别为0.9994和0.9998;变异系数分别为0.59%和0.52%;平均加标回收率分别为99.23%和99.14%。A LC method for the determination of pymetrozin and buprofezin WP was developed. The LC conditions were Inertsil ODS-3 Cls column, methanol-water (87:13 by vol) as mobile phage, and detection wave length at 245nm. The results demonstrated that the correlation coeffi- cients of pymetrozinand and buprofezin were 0.999 4 and 0.999 8. The variation coefficients were 0.59% and 0.52%. The average recoveries were 99.23% and 99.14%. The method is simple, rapid, accurate and suitable for analysis of this kind of multiplex confeeted preparation.
