高效液相色谱法检测三氯杀螨砜含量

摘　　要：本方法采用高效液相色谱仪检测三氯杀螨砜含量。色谱柱采用2504．6mmC18不锈钢柱，流动相为甲醇：水（0．1％磷酸水溶液）=80／20，流速lmL／min，检测波长230nm，三氯杀螨砜在0．05~0．4mg／mL范围内有良好的线性关系（r=0．9998），平均回收率为100．42％（n=6），RSD为0．79％。该方法操作简单，灵敏度高，重现性好。The method using high-performance liquid chromatography detection the content of Tetradifon Tedion. Chromatographic column using 250 ~4.6ram C18 stainless steel column, methanol：water （=80/20 0.1% water solution of phosphoric acid ） as the mobile phase, the flow rate was lmL/min, the detection wavelength was 230nm, Tetradifon Tedion has a good linear relationship （r=0.999 8） in the range of 0.05~0.4mg/mL, the average recovery rate was 100.42% （n=6）, RSD 1.03%. The method has the advantages of simple operation, high sensitivity, good repeatability.
