摘 要:设计了以PETN为基的挠性炸药NI-1,测定了它的力学性能,其断裂拉伸强度为1.64MPa,扯断伸长率和扯断永久变形分别为101%和31%。此外,进行了环境试验和贮存试验,试验后的力学性能测试结果表明:在高低温冲击、加速贮存和自然贮存试验中,NI-1炸药的断裂拉伸强度先增大再降低,而扯断伸长率和扯断永久变形则始终在降低;在盐雾试验、霉菌试验和辐照试验中,NI-1炸药的断裂拉伸强度、扯断伸长率和扯断永久变形均降低。The PETN-based flexible explosive named NI-1 is designed and its mechanical properties are studied. The tensile strength at break of NI-1 is 1.64MPa, its elongation at break and residual strata at break are 101% and 31% respectively. Environmental test and storage test are conducted with NI- 1 samples. The measured results of mechanical properties during and after aforementioned tests show that tensile strength at break of NI-1 increases early and then decreases during temperature shock test, accelerated storage test and natural storage test, while tensile strength at break, elongation at break and residual strain at break decrease continuously, after salt fog test, mould test and radiation test, all of mechanical properties become weaker.
