影响老年髋部骨折患者术后早期离床坐的原因分析及对策

摘　　要：目的探讨影响老年髋部骨折患者术后早期离床坐的原因和护理对策。方法选择46例术后行早期离床坐功能锻炼的老年髋部骨折患者和32名护理人员,采用调查表对患者术后早期离床坐的影响因素进行调查。结果有52.1%以上的患者认为,影响患者早期离床坐的主要因素为缺乏家属支持,担心体力不够和害怕疼痛;有65.6%护理人员因担心对患者评估不足从而影响患者早期离床。结论提高老年患者家庭支持系统的作用,营养支持,缓解离床坐时的疼痛和提高护士离床坐康复技能对促进老年髋部骨折患者术后尽快离床坐活动具有积极的意义。Objective To explore the factors influencing the sitting early away from bed after operation in elderly patients having hip fractures. Method Forty-six elderly patients with hip fractures who were taking postoperative functional exercises of sitting away from bed and 32 nurses were investigated on the influential factors by a questionnaire. Results More than 52.1% of the patients believed the factors influencing their sitting early away from bed including lack of family support, worry about insufficient physical strength and fear of pains. 65.6% of the nurses thought the factor was their inadequate assessment. Conclusion Such measures as enhancing family support, nutritional support, relief of pains from sitting from bed and improving nurse＇ s ability in rehabilitative training instruction are important for the patients to sit early away from bed after operation on hip fractures.
