摘　　要：喷金是薄膜电容器制造过程中的关键工序,介绍了单喷枪薄膜电容电弧自动喷金机控制系统的总体设计,采用触摸屏与PLC控制。提供两种链条运行速度及单向喷金与往返喷金两种喷金方式,提高了工作效率;提供粗细两种颗粒喷涂及采用固定起点喷金方式,有效提高了喷金质量及喷金质量一致性;采用喷腔室外安装喷金起止点位置检测开关及电子驱动电路驱动液压阀,减少了设备故障率。Metal spraying is the key process of film capacitor produce, this paper introduced overall design on the control system of the film capacitor arc automatic metal spraying machine with one spraying gun, control with touch screen and PLC. With two chain move speed and the mode of one direction spraying or back and forth spraying can select, this improve work efficiency, with thick and thin granule to spraying and begin spraying on the same location, this improve the quality of spraying and the consistency of quality, detect switch of the position of begin and end spraying be fix outside and electronic drive circuit for hydraulic valves, this reduce equipment failure rates.
