摘　　要：目的:建立呼吸系统疾病中英文名称数据库,并对疾病名称进行查询,为临床医护人员及患者迅速查询疾病提供方便。方法:运用Access建立呼吸系统疾病中英文名称数据库,用Visual C# 2008编写软件,调用数据库,按照需要通过疾病排序、疾病分类、疾病名称进行各种不同方式查询,迅速找到中英文疾病名称。结果:软件实现了疾病名称浏览、疾病名称中英文对照显示、疾病名称快速显示查询、疾病名称查询、疾病名称排序五大功能模块,每个功能模块应用简单、方便。结论:成功建立了呼吸系统疾病中英文名称数据库,开发了疾病名称查询软件,使临床医生及患者迅速、准确查询到疾病中英文名称成为可能。To establish Chinese and English name database of respiratory diseases, to facilitate the clinical staff and patient fast access to disease name. Methods： To establish database of respiratory disease name in Chinese and English with Microsoft Access, writing software with Visual C # 2008, call the database query in different ways according to the need to sort through the disease, disease classification, disease name, quickly find the disease name. Results： Software has five functional modules, browse the names of diseases, the bilingual display the names of diseases, names of diseases quickly display the query, query the names of diseases, sort disease name, each functional module application is simple and convenient. Conclusion： Successfully establish the database of respiratory disease name in Chinese and English, develop the disease name query software, so that clinicians and patients quickly and accurately inquiry the bilingual disease name become possible.
