摘　　要：解读了国家《电子病历基本架构与数据标准》,分析了该标准与"军字一号"新版电子病历模板要素对应关系,介绍了结构化电子病历文档架构与模板制作方法,提出了目前规范电子病历应用存在的几个问题和解决思路。This paper interpreted the “Basic Architecture and Data Standards for Electronic Medical Records” which issued by the state, and analyzed the corresponding relationship between this standard and the new edition of electronic medical records template elements of ＂No. 1 Military＂ , meanwhile, introduced the architectnre of structured electronic medical records and the methods of making templates, Putting forward the application problems of the current standard electronic medical records and the solution of these problems.
