摘　　要：以东部非洲公路DB项目为例,从设计咨询角度探讨了承包商在项目策划、合同谈判阶段的设计风险与防范,为承包商开发海外DB项目以及设计咨询公司开展项目前期勘察设计工作提供了一些思路。Taking DB projects in East Africa as examples,from the view of a design consultant,the paper discusses design risks and the prevention in stages of project planning and contract negotiating,in order to provide some reference and ways for the contractor to develop overseas DB project and for the design consultant company to develop the preliminary survey and design.
