摘 要:试验采用5因素4水平L16(45)正交设计,以甘薯品种渝薯6号为研究材料,研究栽插期、栽插密度、剪顶期、剪分枝数以及生根剂浓度对渝薯6号的结薯数、薯重、地上鲜重、商品率以及干率的影响。通过方差分析、极差比较和均值比较来确定最优栽插方案。结果表明栽插期在6月13日,栽插密度为90 000株/hm2,栽后70 d剪顶,剪分枝数为3个/株,使用生根剂浓度为30 mg/kg时能获得最大产量。The experriment with the five factors of exercise at four levels orthogonal design L16(4^5) ,used sweet potato varieties of Yushu No.6 as study material,the influence of the sweet potato planting period,planting density,the top pruning period,the number of cuted branches,and the concentrations of rooting agent on the amount of sweet potato, the mass of sweet potato, the ground fresh weight, the commodity rate and the drying rate of sweet potato were studied. The optimum scheme of planting was ensured through the variance analysis ,range comparisons ,and means comparison. The results showed that the planting period in June 13 ,the planting density of ninety thousand plants per hectare ,the top pruning period of 70 days after planting period,three of cured branches and 30 mill,s'ram per kg of rootin~ agent ,could got the maximum yield.
