摘  要:云南倒刺鲃人工驯养繁殖技术研究结果表明,由抚仙湖中采集原种,经池塘人工驯化培育至性腺发育成熟的云南倒刺鲃(Spinibarbus denticulatus yunnanensis Tsu)亲鱼,分别采取模拟自然生态、注射促黄体生成素释放激素类似物(LRH-A2)及马来酸地欧酮(DOM)进行人工催产2种方法,模拟自然生态未产卵,人工催产干法授精获得人工授精卵,受精率达70%以上。受精卵置孵化箱中池塘静水孵化和室内孵化盆中静水孵化,孵化率均达85%以上。2009年5月至2011年8月多次人工繁殖对照,5月可获受精卵,但未孵化出水花,7—8月可孵化出膜。2009—2011年3年来培育了3~10 cm的云南倒刺鲃苗种22.18万尾。放流抚仙湖规格3~6 cm/尾的鱼种8.7万尾,人工繁殖首次获得成功。Study of artificial breeding and reproduction technique of Spinibarbus denticulatus yunnanensis Tsu was carried out. Results showed that after collecting from Fuxian Lake, the parent fish of Spinibarbus denticulatus yunnanensis Tsu has been cultured to the stage of gonad maturation in the pond with artificial domestication. Two methods were employed to simulate the parent fish to spawn, such as simulation of the natural reproduction environment and artificially injecting LRH-A2 and DOM. There's no spawning by simulated natural environment but fertilization rate in artificial handing exceeded 70%. When the fertilized eggs were set to hatch box in the hydrostatic pond and hatch pot in the indoor incubation, hatching rate both exceeded 85%. Comparing many artificial reproduction attempts from May 2009 to August 2011,it's found most fertilized eggs in May could not hatch but not in the same situation in July and August. A total of 221 800 fish fries were cultured from 2009 to 2011 with the length between 3 cm to 10 cm, and 87 000 of these fries were released into Fuxian Lake with 3 cm to 6 cm in length. The artificial breeding and reproduction of Spinibarbus denticulatus yunnonensis Tsu achieved success at the first time.
