基于工作过程的空调类人才培养课程体系研究

摘　　要：以工作过程为基础,从专业课程的门类划分和内容组织两个方面阐述了空调类人才培养课程体系构建方式。将空调专业课程分为专业能力课程和职业素养培养课程,从职业岗位分析、职业能力分析和各项能力分析三个层次,确定对应的课程。同时,提出了空调专业能力课程的内容组织方法和原则。Based on work process, the air conditioning class talents training course system construction mode was dis-cussed from division of categories and content organization of professional course. Air conditioning professional course was divided into professional ability course and professional quality course. By analyzing occupation post ,professional a- bility and sub -ability, the correspondence course was determined. At the same time, the organization method and prin- ciple of air conditioning professional ability courses were put forward.
