摘　　要：法学本科毕业论文的写作是对法学专业学生四年所学专业知识的一次综合检验。鉴于法学教育天然具有学术研究性和职业技能性两方面的特点,立足于现代法律人才的培养目标,笔者所任职的武汉东湖学院法学院针对本科毕业论文写作与答辩模式进行改革和创新,增加了模拟法庭演示考核的实践环节。本文以模拟法庭实践课程为视角,提出了撰写法学本科毕业论文所需能力的"前伸性"培养问题。The undergraduate thesis writing of law major is a comprehensive examination for students of law major during the four years＇ professional knowledge study. In view of the natural characteristics of academic research and professional skil ls in law, established on the training target of modern law talents, Law School of Wuhan Donghu University which I served for made a reform and innovation undergraduate course graduation thesis writing and defense mode to reform and innovation on undergraduate thesis writing and defense mode and added the practice of moot court demonstration examination. From the perspective of the practical curriculum of moot court, the paper puts forward the requirement of training the ＂prospecti veness＂ in writing undergraduate thesis of law major.
