摘　　要：我国《婚姻法》在2001年修订后,首次确立了比较完整的离婚救济制度。目前我国的离婚救济制度包括两大内容:离婚损害赔偿和离婚经济帮助。而司法实践中,女方往往做出很多牺牲,其权益是是无法得到保障的。这时就涉及到离婚救济制度。Since our country＇s ＂law of marriage＂ was revised in 2001, it established a relatively complete divorce relief sys tem for the first time. At present our country＇s divorce relief system including two contents： divorce damage compensation and divorce economic help. In judicial practice, women often make many sacrifices, its rights and interests cannot be protec ted. Then the divorce relief system produced.
