摘　　要：企业信息化是一项重要而又复杂的系统工程，信息化高级人才在它的实施过程中起着关键作用。针对当前我国企业信息化高级人才非常缺乏的现状，本文对企业信息化高级人才素质要求进行了分析，并在此基础之上提出针对素质要求的企业信息化高级人才培养策略。Enterprise informationization is a complex and important systems engineering and informationalized senior tal- ents play a key role in the process of its implementation. According to the present situation of lacking the senior talents of enterprise informationization, this paper analyzes the quality requirements of senior talents of enterprise informationization. On the basis of them, it proposes the training strategies of senior talents of enterprise informationization.
