虚实项目相结合的理科应用型人才培养模式探索

摘　　要：本文在针对理科应用型人才培养方面，提出了一种课堂教学与实践教学穿插进行的教学模式。通过凝练的涵盖教学内容的课题库与课堂教学穿插进行的方式，使学生边学习边实践。在所学内容构成相对完整的理论体系时，以自由结合形成课题组的形式，完全模拟申请并完成科研项目的完整过程，促进学生对实际案例的设计及完成，提高学生实践能力和科研素养。通过目前所具备的师资、实验条件及所处地理位置的优势分析了这种教学模式的可行性。According to the cultivation of science applied talents, this paper puts forward a kind of teaching mode with the cross of classroom teaching and practical teaching. Through intergrating the the subject library which concisely coveres the teaching content and classroom teaching, it makes students learn with practice. When the content learnt forming a relatively complete theoretical system, the whole process of complete simulation application and the finished research project in the form of free subject library promotes students to design and complete the actual cases and improves students＇ practical abil- ities and scientific research accomplishment. The article analyzes the feasibility of the teaching mode according to the advan- tages of the existing faculty, experimental conditions and the ~eo^zraphical position.
