高校工科女生就业现状及实践途径探析

摘　　要：伴随着高校的扩招和市场经济不断发展，大学生就业压力越来越大已是不争的事实，本文以中国石油大学（北京）化学工程学院工科女生的就业现状，从高校教育，社会传统意识影响以及工科女生自身原因等几方面分析了工科女生就业难的原因，并就如何提升工科女大学生的就业竞争力提出了一系列建议。With enrollment expansion of colleges and the continuous development of market economy, that college students＇ employment pressure is heavier and heavier is a non-disputed fact. Based on the present employment situation of the schoolgirls of engineering in College of Chemical Engineering, China University of Petroleum, the paper analyzes the causes of difficulties in employment for engineering girls from college education, the influences of traditional social awareness and the engineering girls themselves and puts forward a series of suggestions for enhancing their employment competitiveness.
