摘  要:分析了初学者在数控车床实训期间发生撞刀的问题,总结了撞刀的2个本质原因,即刀具快速撞向工件和切削力超过了刀具可承受的范围,提出了针对性的解决方案,设计了接触信号、进给速度信号和加工压力信号的检测系统,通过改造内部PLC程序,实现了基于PLC的防撞刀系统设计。改造后的机床有效地降低了撞刀的风险。The paper analyzed the problems of tool collision during beginner's training on NC tool, obtained two inherent reasons, that is, the tool touched the workpiece with high-speed and the cutting force overtook the tool's tolerance. The so-lution aimed at these two reasons was proposed. The detection system of the touching signal, feeding speed signal and the pressure signal were designed. Through changing the control logic to improve the inner PLC program, this designed system of tool collision prevention can significantly reduce the risks of the tool collision on NC lathe.
