摘　　要：目的:利用外观鉴别及近红外光谱分析技术建立快速筛查和鉴别三九感冒灵颗粒的方法。方法:首先研究建立三九感冒灵颗粒的包装鉴别点和近红外光谱检测方法,然后对可疑样品予以检测,综合判定。结果:近红外一致性检验方法可以准确筛查并鉴别出5批假冒三九感冒灵颗粒。结论:所建立的近红外一致性检验方法可以无损、快速、准确鉴别三九感冒灵颗粒,避免传统化学鉴别带来的不便,达到绿色快筛的要求。Objective：Establish a method by appearance identification and near infrared spectroscopy to screen and iden- tify the 999 ganmaoling Granules quickly. Methods： Firstly, establish the appearance identification method of the package. Secondly, construct the conformity test of near infrared spectroscopy to identify the suspicious samples and then get the final conclusion. Results：5 batches of counterfeit 999 ganmaoling Granules were screened and identified by near infrared conformity test accurately and quickly. Conclusion：The method of near infrared conformity test established by us can identify the 999 ganmaoling Granules undestroyed, quickly and accurately. Also,it can avoid the inconvenience of traditional chemical identification and meet the requirements of green screening.
