近红外光谱法测定绞股蓝中水分的含量

摘　　要：目的:应用近红外光谱技术建立绞股蓝中水分定量快速测定的检测方法。方法:用傅里叶变换近红外光谱技术(FT-NIRS)结合偏最小二乘法(PLS)建立水分定量分析模型,并用模型测定绞股蓝中水分的含量。结果:校正样品集的标准偏差(SEC)为0.0145,预测样品集的标准偏差(SEP)为0.01027,预测值与实测值的决定系数(R2)为0.9912。结论:该法准确快速,重现性好,且不破坏样品,可代替常规分析方法。Objective： To establish a method for quick determination of moisture content in Gynostemma pentaphylla Maki- no by near infrared spectroscopy. Methods： Fourier transform near infrared spectroscopy （ FT- NIRS ） combining partial leastsquares method（ PLS） was used to develop the moisture quantitative analysis mode. Results：The internal cross validation determinatian coefficient（R2） is 0. 9912 ,internal cross validation determination mean square error（SEC） is 0. 0145 ,prediction mean square error（SEP） is 0. 01027. Conclusion：The established method is a rapid and simple way with good accuracy and reproducibility for the determination of water eontem, and it is also a non - destructive assay. So FT- NIRS could replace the conventional analysis methods.
