丹参脉冲胶囊中丹参脂溶性成分的提取工艺研究

摘　　要：目的:优选出丹参最佳的醇提取工艺。方法:提取采用乙醇回流提取法,以脂溶性成分丹参酮ⅡA为指标成分,通过L9(34)正交试验设计安排进行提取优化。结果:最佳提取工艺为乙醇浓度95%,8倍用量,回流提取2次,每次1 h。结论:该提取工艺稳定可行,丹参酮ⅡA含量较高,适合用于制备丹参脉冲胶囊。Objective：Select the best alcohol extraction process of Radix Salviae Miltiorrhizae.Methods：Extracted using ethanol refluxing extraction,with liposoluble constituents tanshinone Ⅱ A as the index components,through the L9（34）orthogonal design extraction optimization arrangement.Results：The optimum extraction process is 95% ethanol,8 times the amount,reflux extraction 2 times,each time 1 h.Conclusion：The extraction process is stable,the contents of tanshinone Ⅱ A high,suitable for use in the preparation of Danshen pulse capsule.
